Employment Application

Substitute Teacher pay is $120/day for Certified Licensed Teachers.

Positions will remain open until filled.

To be considered for employment, you must possess a Colorado Teaching License or must obtain a Substitute Teaching Certification from CDE. To do this, you will need to submit fingerprints and complete an application. Information is available here. You will want to use IdentiGo for fingerprints because they have offices in Alamosa. The service code for your CDE application is: 25YFZK.

Once your substitute license is secured, we will need the following information for your application:

• Letter of intent

• Completed Application

• Resume

• Copy of your Substitute License

• Transcripts (if have any college-level credits or degrees)

• Three letters of Recommendation

You can either bring these items to the front office or email them to tmelster@centennialschool.net and kimba.rael@centennialschool.net. If you would like a copy of the application, you can pick one up in the front office or print it here.
